Apologies if this is a common problem, I'm new here and I've not been able to find a solution.
I tried to install LightScribe Template Labeler and I get the message:
"You need a newer version of LightScribe System Software. Please update or install the latest LightScribe System Software from http://www.lightscribe.com/go/download and then try installing the LightScribe Template Labeler again."
I installed the newest version of the LightScribe System Software and I still get the same message.
Anyone know what's going on here?

I have to ask, Is the OPSYS Windows 7 &/or Did you install the drive or was it pre-install by a manufacturer?
I believe people are having problems that may relate to either cabling &/or Master/Slave jumpers settings.

Pre-installed. Its actually a Vista machine, a laptop manufactured by HP.

All of the Notebook PCs I've bought have been HP with LS pre-installed & they've all worked eve if I installed the latest version before using the TL.
Did you update the LS Template Labeler?
